PRINT-READY FILE
How to prepare your artwork
Correct artwork speeds up production and helps maintain predictable colour and sharpness.
File format
PDF is preferred (PDF/X-4 recommended). We also accept TIFF and high-quality JPG.
Size and scale
Prepare artwork at 1:1. For very large formats, 1:10 is acceptable — include the final size in the filename.
Colour
Use CMYK. RGB and Pantone colours may change during conversion and differ from your screen.
Resolution
100–150 dpi at final size for banners and large prints; 150–300 dpi for graphics viewed at close range.
Text and images
Convert fonts to outlines or embed them in the PDF. Embed all images and check the artwork boundaries.
Bleed and safe area
Add 3 mm bleed as standard. For banners add 10 mm and keep important elements at least 50 mm from edges and eyelets.
